Welcome to LMNexLayer. We sell 3D-printed accessories and related products through our online store.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or purchasing our products.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LMNexLayer, and “you” refers to the customer or website visitor.

2. Products and Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours and prices are accurate.

Our products are 3D printed. Minor variations in colour, surface finish, texture or dimensions may occur as part of the manufacturing process. Such variations will not affect the product's intended function unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for checking product descriptions, dimensions and compatibility information before placing an order.

3. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you agree that the information provided is accurate and complete.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. We reserve the right to contact you if information is incomplete, payment cannot be verified, or a product is unavailable.

If we cannot fulfil an order and payment has already been received, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in South African rand (ZAR), unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods offered at checkout. Orders may only be processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you to agree on an appropriate resolution.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are payable by the buyer and will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Our estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery address, courier operations, public holidays and circumstances outside our control.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.

6. Returns, Refunds and Defective Products

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable South African consumer protection laws.

Customers should inspect their orders upon delivery and contact us promptly if a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

7. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Some products may be made to order or customised according to customer requirements.

Customers are responsible for checking and approving any specifications supplied for a customised order. Cancellation, changes and returns for custom products will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Refund and Returns Policy.

8. Appropriate Use of Products

Our products must be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with any product-specific instructions provided.

Customers are responsible for checking suitability, fit and compatibility before use. Products should not be used in safety-critical, load-bearing, high-temperature or other hazardous applications unless expressly designed and specified for that purpose.

We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, unauthorised modification, incorrect installation or use outside the stated intended purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

The content on this website, including our branding, product photographs, descriptions and original designs, may be protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially use our original content or designs without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

We aim to keep our website accurate, secure and available. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the website will always be free from errors.
